Green Man Coco Insert is a hydroponic growing medium made from coconut coir, a natural fiber derived from the outer shell of coconuts. The Coco Insert is a plug that is used in hydroponic systems for starting seeds, cloning cuttings, and transplanting seedlings into larger pots.

The Coco Insert is an environmentally friendly alternative to rock wool and peat moss as it is made from a renewable resource and is biodegradable.
