Gavita - Master Controllers

The Gavita Master Controllers are a powerful and easy-to-use lighting control solution for growers of all levels. With two models to choose from - the EL1 and EL2 - you have complete control over your horticultural lighting fixtures right at your fingertips.

The EL2 controller is expandable with the Gavita Booster B200, allowing you to control up to 1200 lighting fixtures. On its own, the EL2 has two control channels and can manage 1000 repeater bus fixtures and 80 single bus fixtures. Meanwhile, the EL1 has one control channel, making it ideal for smaller grow rooms.

The Gen 2 Gavita Master Controllers offer improved and expanded functionality, including non-volatile memory, event logging, independent sunrise and sunset settings, and independent light cycles on the EL2. The OLED display is clear and easy to read, even in high light intensity environments, and the menu system is intuitive, with all menu items in plain text. Plus, the output status of your controller ports is clearly displayed with red and blue LEDs.

Setting up the Master Controllers is a breeze, with plug-and-play wiring for all e-series fixtures and all necessary cables included. Different lengths of control cables are available as original Gavita accessories, and the manual describes how to create custom cables of any length. However, it's important to note that the Gen 2 Master controller comes with a 15 V power cord, which is different from the 5 V power cord used with Gen 1 Master controllers.
